To make a fertilizer component function as a supply source for a persistent fertilizer component, completely remove ammonia, reduce the weight, then readily separate the component and reutilize the fertilizer component as an aggregate for a resin concrete by forming and solidifying an aluminum residual ash containing aluminum nitride with a synthetic resin- containing composition.
An aluminum residual ash contains at least ≥3% aluminum nitride and a sustained release material of a fertilizer component is obtained by including the aluminum residual ash in an amount of 50-500 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of a synthetic resin-containing composition. After using the sustained release material, water is supplied to the sustained release material to sustainedly release the ammonia component for use. The sustained release material after completing the sustained release of the ammonia component is used as an aggregate for a resin concrete. A composition, etc., prepared by adding a shrinking agent consisting essentially of styrene, etc., a promoter such as cobalt naphthenate and a curing agent such as methyl ethyl ketone peroxide to various kinds of resins providing a coating film constituent element of a synthetic resin coating material are cited as the synthetic resin- containing composition.
