Abstract:
To provide a drum winder in which a web is wound/changed on a new winding shaft controlled with tension and contact pressure when an old winding shaft becomes full-winding and the web is wound even on the new winding shaft at predetermined winding hardness.
The swing arm type drum winder is provided with an inversion arm and a swing arm, drives the new winding shaft on the swing arm by a motor and turns the swing arm by an air cylinder.
