To provide a swing doll toy which can be visually enjoyed without boring an observer by changing amplitude and the vibrating direction of a doll swing part by a simple configuration.

A doll fixed part and the doll swing part are supported so as to freely horizontally swing the doll swing part by upper and lower shafts and bearings, and the swing part is suspended and connected to the fixed part while arranging an elastic body rod on the shaft core center line of the upper and lower shafts. By energizing an electromagnetic coil provided to the fixed part, a permanent magnet fixed around the swing part receives electromagnetic force to rotate the swing part, and restoration force of the swing is obtained by twisting the elastic body rod by the rotation to keep the swing.
