PURPOSE: To smoothly raise-lower window pane by correspondingly absorbing an inclination of the window pane caused at raising-lowering time even if there exists an error in part manufacturing accuracy and installing accuracy.
CONSTITUTION: A window pane 1 is supported through an elastic body with a carrier plate 2 to raise and lower the window pane 1 by being slidingly guided by a guide rail 5 arranged in the vertical direction on a door of an automobile to be elastically supported so as to be slowly movable in a plane of the window pane 1. Elastic bodies 3a and 3b are held on the car body longitudinal directional both sides by an elastic body holding member 7 in an elastic body holding chamber 6 arranged on the carrier plate 2, and a window glass holding member 18 to slidably hold the window pane 1 in the car body longitudinal direction in the plane of the window pane 1, is fixed to the elastic body holding member 7.
