To provide a swinging type agitation device for deposit organic treatment material which can ferment, dry and compost an organic treatment material having a deposit height double or more the deposit height of the conventional organic treatment material, and can improve the efficiency of blending agitation by again depositing the deposit organic treatment material by moving backward and splashing the deposit organic treatment material while downward digging the deposit organic treatment material by means of the rotative agitation shaft body by swinging rotative agitation shaft body in the back and forth direction upon advancing travelling of a travelling agitation device.

In order to perform agitation for fermentation and drying of the deposit organic treatment material, the following agitation means is used.
