Abstract:
To provide a capacitive switch device that can be established at low cost with few restrictions on the design shape.SOLUTION: A switch device 1 includes a movable operation knob 10 having a conductive portion 30 that accepts an operator's touch operation, a counter electrode 40 that is movable integrally with the operation knob 10 and is electrically connected to the conductive portion 30 of the operation knob 10, a substrate 70 having a detection electrode 71 that is capacitively coupled to the counter electrode 40 so as to face each other in a non-contact manner, and a control unit 80 that detects and controls the change in capacitance based on the touch operation to the conductive portion 30 through the capacitive coupling between the counter electrode 40 and the detection electrode 71.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
