Release switch contact members 25 to be changed over by movement of a shaft part 33 of the release button 31, and electrically conductive brushes 62 and a second switch part 24, both serving as rotary switch members to be changed over by rotation of the aforesaid rotatingly operating part 52, are provided, being spaced apart from each other, along the shaft part 33 of the aforesaid release button 31.
