Title:
SWITCHING POWER CONTROL CIRCUIT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2010178438
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a switching power control circuit that autonomously resumes control without input of a signal from outside after output becomes overvoltage.

A switching power circuit includes: a first control circuit, which operates a first transistor with an input voltage applied to an input electrode and a second transistor connected in series to the first transistor, based on a first feedback voltage according to an output voltage obtained via a junction between the first transistor and the second transistor, and a first reference voltage; and a second control circuit, which makes the first control circuit switch on or switch off the first transistor and the second transistor complementarily according to the output voltage so that the first feedback voltage may be the first reference voltage when a second feedback voltage, which becomes higher with the rise of the output voltage, is lower than a second reference voltage, and makes the first control circuit switch off the second transistor, when the second feedback voltage is higher than the second reference voltage.
