Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching power source and an isolator that can reduce noise while performing miniaturization.SOLUTION: A switching power supply 100 includes a primary coil P1, a secondary coil S1, a primary circuit, a secondary circuit, a multilayer substrate 3, a primary ground conductor 4, and a secondary ground conductor 5. A primary coil P1 is formed on the multilayer substrate 3. The secondary coil S1 is formed on the multilayer substrate 3 and is magnetically coupled to the primary coil P1. The primary ground conductor 4 is formed on the multilayer substrate 3 and serves as a reference potential point of the primary circuit 1. The secondary ground conductor 5 is formed on the multilayer substrate 3 and serves as a reference potential point of the secondary circuit 2. The primary ground conductor 4 is capacitively coupled with the secondary ground conductor 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
