Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching power supply device in which output voltage ripple is reduced by suppressing harmonic noise generated while switching, and an inexpensive switching element of low breakdown voltage can be used.SOLUTION: A switching power supply device 10 including a series circuit of a reactor L1 and a first diode D1 for rectification, a smoothing capacitor Co provided at a subsequent stage of the series circuit, and a switching element Q1 connected between the reactor and the ground and switching the reactor to electrification state and non-electrification state, and boosting the charging voltage to the smoothing capacitor Co by releasing electromagnetic energy, accumulated in the reactor L1 while the switching element Q1 is turned ON, when it is turned OFF, is further provided with a resonant circuit Lr, Cr, D2 for shaping the current, flowing into the switching element Q1 when it is turned ON, into a sinusoidal waveform rising gradually and then lowering gradually.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
