Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily clean a fluid supply passage provided with a swivel device in an excavator.
SOLUTION: In an excavator, a hollow output shaft 12 to which the rotation is transmitted from a drive part is turnably supported by a carrier 8 supported in an elevating/lowering manner, a hollow excavation rod is connected to a lower end of the output shaft 12 in an attachable/detachable manner, and a swivel device 23 in which a rotation side hollow shaft 25 is turnably fitted in a fixed side cylinder in an air-tight manner is connected to an upper end of the output shaft 12 on one line on the rotation side hollow shaft 25. The swivel device 23 is provided with a straight fluid feed passage P to be opened in the excavation rod through longitudinal holes 33, 34 in the rotation side hollow shaft 25 and a longitudinal hole in the output shaft 12 to be communicated therewith, and an inner pipe 37 is inserted in an attachable/detachable manner in a condition to cover the whole inner surface of the fluid feed passage P.
