Title:
微生物タンパク質を得るための共棲菌 従属栄養細菌Cupriavidus gilardii GBS−15−1菌株
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6966096
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
A strain of heterotrophic bacteria Cupriavidus gilardii GBS-15-1 is an associate for producing a microbial protein mass. The invention relates to the microbiological industry, more specifically to the strain of heterotrophic bacteria Cupriavidus gilardii GBS-15-1 for producing a protein biomass by means of an associative culture comprising methane-oxidizing bacteria and heterotrophic bacteria. The microbial protein mass can be used in agriculture for feeding animals, and also as a feedstock for advanced processing. The technical result of the invention is the identification of a new strain which is an associate of methane-oxidizing bacteria and is capable of using methane homologue co-oxidation products present in natural gas. The technical result is achieved through the use of the strain of heterotrophic bacteria Cupriavidus gilardii GBS-15-1, deposited in the Russian Collection of Microorganisms of the G.K. Skryabin Institute of Microbial Biochemistry and Physiology (Russian Academy of Sciences), under registration number VKM B-3265D, as a component of an associative culture of methane-oxidizing bacteria for producing a microbial protein mass.
