Abstract:
PURPOSE:To facilitate processing, by forming a chamfered part arriving at least at a sideward crest line of a chamfering part from the tip of the chamfering part on an angular part of the edge of an inner circumferential part of a spline cog of a coupling sleeve in an axial direction. CONSTITUTION:As a chamfered part 120 arriving at least at a sideward crest line of a chamfering part C from the tip of the chamfering part C is formed on an angular part of the edge in an axial direction of an inner circumferential part of a spline cog 100 of a coupling sleeve 36, even if burrs 130 are protruded in the direction of an inner diameter of a spline cog 100 by interfering the edge of the spline cog 100 in an axial direction with a clutch gear 33c when the gear is uttering a noise, it does not happen that the burrs 130 are protruded only within the chamfered part 120 and not protruded from an edge 100a of a tip of the spline cog 100. Then at the time of giving a final finishing touch to the coupling sleeve 36, adjustment by a small diameter becomes possible.
