Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a fault-point surveying device with wide survey range, by providing a synchronous-detection device with less occurrence of noise component.
SOLUTION: Related to a synchronous-detection device for synchronous- detecting a measurement signal with a reference signal, a supply path of reference signal or that of measurement signal is provided with a phase adjuster 21 and an amplitude adjuster 22, these phase adjuster 21 and amplitude adjuster 22 are controlled to maintain the detection output of the synchronous detector at minimum value, the phase and amplitude information of the measurement signal are obtained based on the control amount of the phase adjuster 21 and amplitude adjuster 22, and a synchronous detection result is obtained from these phase and amplitude information, with an AD converter 15 connected to an output side of a synchronous detector 14 applied with a minimum detection output of the detector at all times.
