Abstract:
To provide a treatment method for cleaning and/or conditioning a composition containing a surfactant and a conditioning component, and a keratin based substrate, for example, a hair, a skin and a nail.
A keratin conditioning composition includes: (a) a surfactant component that can contain an anionic surfactant, an amphoteric surfactant, a cationic surfactant, a nonionic surfactant and/or a zwitterionic surfactant; (b) a water soluble organic ampholytic polymer conditioning agent; (c) a water soluble organic cationic polymer conditioning agent; (d) optionally a water insoluble liquid; and (e) an aqueous carrier. The conditioning composition optionally contains a silicone and/or an organic water insoluble liquid.
