Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve decomposition efficiency of a material to be processed by a microbe at a low cost by devising a way of introducing a gas to a microbe reaction tank.SOLUTION: A syngas production system includes a gasification furnace 116 for gasifying a raw material to produce a syngas X1, a washing part 214 for washing the produced syngas X2 with water, a microbe reaction tank 316 for decomposing a material to be processed contained in waste water Z1 generated in the washing part 214 using a microbe, thereby cleaning the material to be processed and a nitrogen production apparatus 400 for producing a nitrogen-rich gas having a higher nitrogen content than air by separating oxygen from air. An oxygen-rich gas OR having a higher oxygen content than air that is separated as an exhaust gas in the nitrogen production apparatus 400 is introduced to the microbe reaction tank 316.
