Title:
SYNTHESIZER TUNER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS54123824
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To aviod the useless power consumption and the write-in to memory by manual operation, by automatically writing in the numeral corresponding to the reception frequency of a broadcast station all into the shift register with the automatic scanner at the application of power supply.

CONSTITUTION: With the closing of the power supply switch SW, when the output of the automatic scanner 11, that is, the numeral NP of the program signal gradually increases and reaches the numeral "800" corresponding to the frequency, e,g., 80.0 MHz, assigned to the broadcast station, the detection signal Sb is outputted from the tuning detection circuit 16 in tuning with the electromagnetic waves of the broadcast station. It is fed to the right shift input terminal 12R of the shift register SR12, shifting right SR12 by one stage. Succeedingly, when the numeral NP is increased and reaches the numeral "850" corresponding to the frequency, e.g. 85.0 MHz assigned to the next broadcast station, similarly SR12 is shifted right by one stage and the content of "850" is written in. Thus, the numeral corresponding to the frequency of each braodcaust station is sequentially written in SR12.
