Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve teat strength and printing characteristics by composing synthetic paper by basically laminating specific biaxially oriented film and thermoplastic resin film respectively and constituting a flight tag controlled by a bar code by using synthetic paper as a supporter layer.
CONSTITUTION: Synthetic paper is organized by laminating the biaxially oriented film A1 of a fine cavity-contained thermoplastic resin containing 5-60wt.% inorganic impalpable powder and a thermoplastic resin film A2 having Elmendorf teat strength of the cross direction of 80g or more, being oriented in the uniaxial orientation direction and having no fine cavity. The wall thickness of the film A2 is set within a range of 10-60% to the wall thickness of the whole synthetic paper A. The film A2 is stuck so that the direction of orientation of the film A2 crosses at a right angle with the direction of the high magnifying power of orientation of the film A1. The synthetic paper A is used as a supported layer, and a recording layer D, the supporter layer A, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer B and a release paper layer C are laminated successively, thus constituting a flight tag 1 controlled by a bar code.
