Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin cap capable of closing an end part of a tube in replacement or the like of a synthetic resin tube to reduce the number of members relating to purge work and the number of work processes for construction.SOLUTION: Inside a rear surface of a silk hat-like flange part, an EF wire buried on a plane parallel with a planar weld surface is heated, and a component for subjecting the planes to EF connection and fixing them is used. A synthetic resin cap 10 is configured such that a sealing part and a piece 70 inhibits first stage of gas outflow into a purge hole 30 inside a cap, and inside the rear surface of the flange part in a lid 50, the EF wire arranged on the plane parallel to the planar weld surface connects the flange part and an upper end part of the purge hole to inhibit a second stage of gas outflow. The flange part in which the EF wire for EF connection arranged in a wave type or lightening type manner or arranged in a circulation type manner on the plane parallel with the planar weld surface is buried is EF-connected to the upper end part of the purge hole that is a plane orthogonal to an axial line of a planar female screw part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
