Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain the title composition, with which magnetic powder can be highly filled, having high degree of orientation of magnetic particles and also having both excellent mechanical strength and magnetic characteristics by a method wherein the above-mentioned composition is composed of magnet plumbite type ferrite powder, an amino-radical-containing silane coupling agent and the remaining part consisting of thermoplastic resin.

CONSTITUTION: The title magnet composition is composed of magnet plumbite type ferrite powder, an amino-radical-containing silane coupling agent and the remaining part consisting of thermoplastic resin. The above-mentioned composition may be composed of magnet plumbite type ferrite powder, an amino-radical-containing silane coupling agent, one or more kinds of the phosphorus compounds shown in the formula separately mentioned, and the remaining part consisting of thermoplastic resin. For example, anisotropic Ba ferrite, anisotropic Sr ferrite and the like are used as the above-mentioned magnet plumbite type ferrite, and the reactive silane compound indicated by formula NH2C3H6Si(OC2H5)3 or NH2C2H4NHC3H6Si(OCH2)3 is used as amino-radical- containing silane coupling agent. Also, phosphonate and the like is used as the above-mentioned phosphorus compound.
