Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pallet excellent in the durability by splitting the pallet into a plurality of parts by the division lines parallel to the side face, providing a reinforcement plate of a welded part close to the split face, and forming a plurality of small compartments by upper and lower deck boards, the reinforcement plate of the welded part, and a plurality of longitudinal ribs when the split parts are integrated by the welding.
SOLUTION: In a synthetic resin pallet 17, an upper deck board 18 is connected to a lower deck board 19 by a girder 20 at each end part, a girder 21 at a center, and a girder 22 at an intermediate part, and split into parts 32, 33 by the division line parallel to the side face, and the respective parts 32, 33 are split into upper parts 32a, 33a and lower parts 32b, 33b. The inner surfaces of the upper parts 32a, 33a and of the lower parts 32b, 33b are reinforced by reinforcement ribs 37 as high as the beams and reinforcement ribs 38 lower than the beams. Reinforcement plate 40 of a welded part are provided close to the split surface 39, and when both reinforcement plates 40 of the welded part is integratedly assembled by welding, a plurality of small compartments are formed by the deck boards 18, 19 and the reinforcement ribs 41.
