This synthetic resin pipe comprises a main layer composed of high density polyethylene, and on the outer surface of the main layer, a layer containing a thermoplastic polymer, having permeation resistance with respect to hydrocarbon. The layer, containing thermoplastic polymer, comprises 75 to 99 mass% of ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer of which ethylene content is 20 to 40 mol% and saponification value is 95% or higher, 1 to 25 mass% of hydrogenated block copolymer comprising a polymer block composed mainly of styrene unit and a polymer block mainly composed of monomer unit of conjugate diene compound, and resin composition, in which the hydrogenated block copolymer particles are dispersed in a matrix of the ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer particles.
