Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a synthetic resin powder composition giving a coating film whose thickness does not differ between the recessed and the projected parts of a screw rotor and which has no void in the recessed parts.
CONSTITUTION: This resin composition comprises 100 pts.wt. tetrafluoroethylene/ ethylene copolymer having an average particle diameter of 40-90μm, 30-100 pts.wt. tetrafluoroethylene/ethylene copolymer having an average particle diameter of 5-30μm, and 10-50 pts.wt. carbon fibers having a fiber diameter of 1-20μm and an aspect ratio of 1-50.
