PURPOSE: To obtain simply and economically the title product which can retain stably an excellent effect without being deteriorated for a long time, by coating the substrate with a resin composition comprising a two-pack reactive adhesive material containing a composition formed by including a guest material in cyclodextrin (derivative) or the like.

CONSTITUTION: 1W60wt.% composition prepared by including 0.1W3pts.wt. at least one guest material selected from among a perfume, an insecticide, a fungicide, an antimold, a repellent, an attractant, etc. in 1pt.wt. cyclodextrin, its derivative (e.g., glucosylcyclodextrin) or a starch hydrolyzate containing the same is mixed with and dispersed in a two-pack liquid reactive adhesive material. A resin composition obtained by optionally adding a curing agent to the above obtained dispersion and thoroughly mixing the resulting mixture is applied to an adherent such as metal, glass, (non)woven fabric, wood, paper or synthetic resin film and cured.
