To provide a thermoplastic resin sheet in which two types of resins consisting of transparent and devitrified parts are arranged alternately in the form of vertical stripes.

An apparatus for manufacturing a thermoplastic resin sheet has a T die body 1 which has a longitudinal cavity of a raindrop-shaped cross-section with the inside of the cavity divided with two or more dividing plates 21-29, means 36-39 and 46-49 of adjusting the intervals between the dividing plates 21 to 29, sub-manifolds 14a and 14b forcing two types of molten resins alternately into cavities on both sides of each divider and a cooling roll 5 which cools the two molten resins having been injected from the lower part of the T die body 1 and arranged alternately in the form of vertical stripes, with each resin injected in the form of a flat plate, in order to form the resins into a sheet. To give, to the cross-section of joined parts of the two molten resins injected in the form of a flat plate, such a shape that one resin is engaged complicatedly in the other to form an engaged pattern, two vertical streaks of bent sections 2 are formed in the dividing plates 21-29.
