Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily assembly a form having a constant dimension by integraly molding the unit frame which is lightweight, has the sufficient strength and the dimension of one integer as large as the form dimension from the synthetic resin, and connecting the unit frames in use.
CONSTITUTION: A unit frame 1 for architecture form is an integrally molded article consisting of synthetic resin member, and consist of a rectangular-shaped surface plate 19 having a size one devided by an integer as large as the form dimension, side plates 12 and 13 formed along the long side edge part on the reverse surface of the surface plate 19, side plate 40 formed from the short side edge part on the reverse surface of the surface plate 19, collar part 14 for placing a wooden angular member which bulges outside at the lower edge part of the side plate 40, and a number of projecting ribs 15 and 16 formed on the reverse surface of the surface plate surrounded by the side plate. The projecting rib is formed lower than the height of the side plate 40 so as not to form an obstruction in the case where a nail is struck towards a wooden angular member 30 placed in the collar part 14 from the inside of the side plate 40 in the area contiguous to the side plate 40 of the short side part. Further, the side plates 12 and 13 of the long side part of the surface plate 19 are equipped with each connection part 11 for connecting the unit frame.
