To solve the problems wherein a patient is subjected to an excessive stress during busy hours because the patient has to make a reservation for medical care by visiting to a reception desk and wait in a waiting room until getting the medical care after making the reservation.

In a system for acceptance of aperiodic medical care, a patient terminal 1 is connected to an web server 2 via a network, in a hospital, the web server 2, a server for operation 3 and a responsible doctor terminal 4 provided respectively to each responsible doctor form a LAN (Local Area Network). The patient inputs an ID (identification) number and a secret number into a homepage. The web server 2 determines whether the input ID number and secret number are formal or not, and if they are formal, brings the patient into a screen for inputting reservation information. On the screen for inputting, the patient inputs desired date and time, a mail address, self-consciousness signs, etc., to transmit by pushing a submitting button. The web server 2 checks whether the desired date and time have already been reserved or not, if not reserved, the reservation information is transmitted to the server for operation 3, the server for operation 3 retrieves information on a chart of the patient from the ID number to transmit with addition of information on the self-consciousness signs of the patient to the doctor terminal 4.
