PURPOSE: To change the constitutive information of an entire network by changing only the file to be managed by a computer for network management when frequently executing the position change or logical connecting destination change of a computer on the network.
CONSTITUTION: A started computer 2 has only the network address of the own computer as an initial state. In order to obtain the network address of a connecting destination computer, while using multi-address transmission, it is informed of all the computers that the own computer is started. When a start message is received, a computer 1 for network management to manage the computer 2 obtains the network address of the computer to connect the computer 2 from an address management file 3 and returns the network address by individual transmission. The computer 2 receiving the connecting destination network address from the computer 1 connects a session based on the network address and can execute communication.
