To solve the problems of a system for automatically blending and weighing raw materials using an automatic guided means such as an automatic guided truck: wherein (a) operating efficiency and operating hours are restricted and the operating environment is poor; wherein (b) a number of containers for weighing raw materials are needed, requiring wide space to store them and the time to blend the raw materials; and wherein (c) contamination is likely to occur as the result of the blending of different kinds of raw materials and foreign matter.
In the automatic blending and weighing system, an automatic conveyor line 5 for a blending/weighing container 4 using the automatic guided means 3 is constructed over a weighing area A where a plurality of weighing chambers 1 for different raw materials are positioned as well as over a manufacturing area B. The blending/weighing container holds an identification means 8 having identification information. The weighing chamber and a manufacturing chamber are each provided with a reader 12 for reading the information of the identification means to identify the blending/weighing container. This results in enhancement in that in a facility for manufacturing medicine or the like, the operation of weighing principal medicine requiring precision was usually performed by personnel using a method of using one container for one raw material, because a plurality of raw materials need to be weighed very accurately during their weighing process.
