To automatically extract the content or quantity of a work from working electronic equipment so that a precise cost calculation can be performed, and to compare the working state between groups.

In this system for collecting the process of the work, worker data A, evaluation data D, date and time data C and evaluation data D are automatically obtained, and these data are recorded in a storage device for a manager in association with each other, whereby work information n1 in an optional date is collected. The work information n1 for a preset fixed period is assembled to form comprehensive data of an optional group, a plurality of groups of comprehensive data are collected to a preset memory device through the Internet, the accumulated comprehensive data are compared between groups, and the comparison result is arithmetically operated. The result of the arithmetic operation can be acquired on the Internet.
