To provide a system for confirming occurrence of abnormality by an image displayed on a mobile phone that allows a user to confirm intrusion of a suspicious looking person and occurrence of abnormality anywhere on an image on the mobile phone.

The system uses a CCD camera to capture an image when a sensor senses occurrence of abnormality, the system uploads the image to a home page and informs a registered mobile phone about the occurrence of abnormality by an emergency call and a user downloads the image from the home page so as to allow the user to confirm the image anywhere.
