To provide a system by which a person other than the owner of a moving object can actively witness the moving object in which an abnormality has occurred.SOLUTION: A system according to an embodiment of the present disclosure has a management terminal mounted on a moving object, and a server computer, wherein a management terminal control unit of the management terminal transmits position information of the management terminal to the server computer when the management terminal is separated from a first terminal of a first user by a certain distance or more, and a server control unit of the server computer acquires the position information transmitted from the management terminal, transmits the position information acquired from the management terminal to the first terminal, and transmits the position information to a second terminal of a second user located near the management terminal when an abnormality occurs in the moving object after transmitting the position information to the first terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
