Abstract:

PURPOSE: To shorten a teaching operation by minimizing a teaching point when a plasma torch etc., is set at the finger of a teaching playback type robot and an angle is melted.
CONSTITUTION: An angle vertex vector V1 perpendicular to both torch approach vectors Aa, Ab in two teaching points Pa, Pb is calculated, vector V2 perpendicular to the angle vertex vector V1 and the torch approach vector Aa and a vector V3 vertical to the vector V2 and torch approach vector Ab arc calculated and a welding path for passing at least one of the two teaching points Pa, Pb and vertically crossing the angle vertex Pm is found.
