To provide a very simple and inexpensive daylighting system using a sun-following system.
In this daylighting system, provided with the sun following system for collecting sunlight, and for regulating an optical path of the sunlight to emit the sunlight toward a prescribed direction uses, as the sun-following system, the sun-following system comprising paired azimuth direction control sensors and paired altitude direction control sensors respectively comprising a sustance, of which the electrical resistance value varies in response to luminous energy of received light, a voltage comparison circuit for receiving electrical outputs from the respective sensors in pairs, to compare respective voltages one another, and an azimuth-directional drive and an altitude directional drive for regulating the position of a total-reflection prism sheet face to face the total-reflection sheet prism so as face an azimuth and an altitude of the sun, based on a signal transmitted from the voltage comparison circuit, when the voltage difference exceeds a prescribed value.
