PURPOSE: To eliminate a poor combustion by a method wherein the constant amount of good quality heavy oil is supplied to a mixer at all times while the poor quality heavy oil is supplied to the same automatically in accordance with the load fluctuation of the engine, in which different kinds of heavy oils such as heavy oil A and heavy oil C are mixed and utilized therefor.
CONSTITUTION: When the high temperature heavy oil C is filled in an inner tube 14 and the heavy oil A, fed from the lower part of an outer tube 13 by constant discharging amount type pumps 3, 3a, is forced thereinto, it is risen as heat exchanging is effected at the parts of spiral fins 20, it is mixed with the heavy oil C, being injected from small holes 19 at the vicinity of the top of the inner tube and further they are mixed by baffle plates 21, 22. This mixed oil is mixed further by a booster pump 10 and is fed to the engine through a heater 11. When both of the heavy oils are used under a normal output of A:C=40:60, the pumps 3, 3a are operated so as to obtain the discharging amounts thereof corresponding to 40%, then, the amount of the heavy oil C is adjusted automatically in accoradance with the output fluctuation of the main engine, Accordingly, the good combustion condition of the engine 12 may be obtained at all times.
