Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily transmit a video signal to a distant place at low cost by providing a means for converting the video signal from the outside to a digital interface, and restoring prescribed video information from the video information of received signal.
SOLUTION: A digital convert and encode part 2 converts the input signal from an image input part 7 such as a camcorder connected to a video transmitter/receiver 1 to a digital signal and encodes it. A digital converting part 4 for PHS is provided for converting the encoded signal to digital data for PHS decided by a standard for outputting them to a PHS 8 connected to the video transmitter/receiver 1. A PHS received data restoration part 5 restores the received signal received from the PHS 8. An analog convert and decode part 3 performs the analog converting and decoding processing of restored signal. Then, the analog converted and decoded signal is outputted to an image output part 7b such as the LCD or television receiver of camcorder connected to the video transmitter/receiver 1.
