To provide an examination admission card issuing/distribution system with which an examinee can select a target school to which the examinee intends to go up to the very date of an examination even after the deadline of application and an examination can be more efficiently performed by reducing the labor of document presentation of a student taking an entrance examination and drastically reducing the labor of an examination performer.

When the student taking an entrance examination presents an application document such as an OCR application form to an examination manager without selecting the target school, the examination manager registers the student in a manager server computer S, issues/distributes an IT entrance examination taking registration card on which a student ID is written to the registered student and completes application procedures. After the completion of the application procedures, when each student taking the entrance examination accesses the server computer S from a personal computer PC connected to a computer network N, receives authentication by the student ID and inputs the target school in the server computer S, the examination admission card is issued by a printer P connected to the personal computer PC and the information of the student also is electrically transmitted to an examination performer server computer UC.
