Title:
SYSTEM FOR HEATING OIL VAPOR FLOWING THROUGH OUT-FITTING CIRCUIT OF VEHICULAR ENGINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2007303473
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a system for heating oil vapor flowing through an out-fitting circuit of a vehicular engine, without requiring exclusive electric wiring, without requiring an excessive battery, and without consuming a large quantity of electric power, thus reducing an increase in manufacturing cost.

This system has a pipe 1 carrying the oil vapor arriving from the engine 2 and introducing the oil vapor to a clean air suction circuit of the engine, and an external jacket 4 coaxially installed around the pipe 1 and generating a hollow space having closed both ends. The heat exchange action is generated by circulating water arriving from an engine cooling circuit via the inside of the hollow space, thereby heating the oil vapor.
