Abstract:
To provide an effective system limiting the influence of external vibration on an object.
A connecting system between a first member 2 and a second member 4 is provided with: a link 6 transmitting force between the first member 2 and the second member 4; and a frequency control loop for the link 6. The control loop comprises a means 10 for measuring a clearance (e), a frequency filter 12, and a comparing means 14. The control loop controls the link 6 so that the link 6 transmits force only within a predetermined frequency band. The control loop is a position control loop, and a speed control loop is incorporated in the position control loop. A force control loop is incorporated in the speed control loop.
