SOLUTION: Concerning the agent control system provided with a call center and an agent terminal for performing receiving processing of the call center, this system is provided with a selection information providing means for providing selection information for selecting any job pattern, a job pattern selecting means for selecting the job pattern based on the selection information, a job pattern data storage means for storing the job pattern selected by the job pattern selecting means as job pattern data, and a terminal determining means for determining the agent terminal to perform receiving based on the job pattern data corresponding to a receiving request to the call center.
