To provide a system for controlling a compressor flow capable of feeding the outside air of an adequate volume to a temperature control system in an air-conditioner of an airplane.
An inlet 50 is configured to direct a first stream of air into the system 20A for controlling a compressor flow. A first compressor 54 is configured to pull in the first stream of air through the inlet 50 and compress the first stream of air. A first pressure sensor 52 senses the first pressure of the first stream of air prior to compression in the first compressor 54, a second pressure sensor 56 senses the second pressure of the first stream of air after compression in the first compressor 54, and a first temperature sensor 58 senses a temperature of the first stream of air after compression in the first compressor. A controller 51 adjusts a speed of the first compressor 54 based upon comparison between a desired flow rate and a calculated flow rate.
