To provide a data generation system and a data generation method capable of storing highly confidential content data and low-secrecy constituent data in a storing server so that the data are separated.
The data generation system generates unit data consisting of a plurality of content data having different characteristics by combining the respective data, has portable communication terminals carried by users by themselves to store the content data considered highly confidential by the user among the plurality of data, a storing server for at least temporarily storing less confidential content data except the highly confidential data among the plurality of data, and an interface for communicating with the portable communication terminals and the storing server. This system is provided with a composite output terminal for forming the unit data after composing the highly confidential content data supplied from the portable communication terminals with the less confidential content data supplied from the storing server, and outputting the formed data in a predetermined output mode.
