Abstract:

To provide a system, a method, and a device for allowing meters 10a-n, 50 to detect the exceeding conditions of billing period for recording.

The exceeding conditions can be stored in a queue 75. Next, the meters 10a-n, 50 can acquire exceeding conditions appearing during the billing period. One or a plurality of exceeding conditions can be displayed by the meters 10a-n, 50. Furthermore, the meters 10a-n, 50 can transmit the exceeding conditions to a communications system.
