This system is provided with a distribution system server 14 connected to the Internet 12, and supports the providing of a nursing care service to a person needing a care giver in such a manner that a distribution system server operator, the care manager and the nursing care provider exchange the information with one another. The server is provided with a 1st receiving means for receiving care plan information prepared by the care manager, a care plan information database 20 for storing care plan information, a 1st transmitting means for transmitting the care plan information to the nursing care service provider, a 2nd receiving means for receiving provided service actual results information that the nursing care service provider actually offers to the person needing a care giver, a provided service actual results information database 22 for storing the provided service actual results information, and a 2nd transmitting means for transmitting the provided service actual results information to the care manager.
