Data related to electric power customers 14a and 14b are collected and analyzed at data collecting and analyzing equipment 32. Load profile data obtained as the result of this analysis are transmitted as a load profile to power distribution management devices under the control of power distribution and wholesale operators 12a and 12b through a communication network. With respect to the electric power customers 14a and 14b, power demands are predicted at the power distribution management devices. Based on the results of these predictions, power is supplied from the generator to the electric power customers 14a and 14b.
