PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a configuration which can display useful information to a viewer of an information display device provided in a moving body.SOLUTION: An information distribution device 1 for a moving body includes: an information management unit 11 which manages digital advertisement information to be displayed on a display 51 for information display; a person-related information acquisition unit 12 which acquires person-related information related to a person who may view the display 51 for information display; a position information acquisition unit 13 which acquires the position information of a train 4; and a distribution plan determination unit 14 which determines, from the information managed by the information management unit 11, a content to be displayed on the display 51 for information display, on the basis of the person-related information, the position information of the train 4 and distribution priority information related to the distribution priority of the information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
