A resource management system is provided with: a storage means 13 for storing resource management information indicating the information of a component necessary for each event, a period and the number of human resources necessary for the component in the period and a notification destination management information indicating a notification destination corresponding to the component; a writing means 17 for receiving the input of the resource management information and writing the received information in the storage means 13; a notification destination selection means 18 for reading out the information of the notification destination corresponding to the component from the storage means 13; and a notification means 19 for acquiring the information of the number of human resources necessary for the component in each period from the source management information and notifying the notification destination read out correspondingly to the component of the acquired information.
