A supply amount management system 1 manages a supply amount of an active ingredient of a C4 mixture supplied from a producing apparatus M1 to a processing apparatus M2 in a plant, and comprises: a flow rate measuring part 2 continuously measuring a flow rate of the C4 mixture supplied from the producing apparatus M1 to the processing apparatus M2; a concentration measuring part 3 continuously measuring a concentration of the active ingredient of the C4 mixture supplied from the producing apparatus M1 to the processing apparatus M2; and a calculating part 7 calculating a supply amount of the active ingredient supplied in unit time from the producing apparatus M1 to the processing apparatus M2 by using flow rate data of the C4 mixture measured by the flow rate measuring part 2 and concentration data of the active ingredient of the C4 mixture measured by the concentration measuring part 3.
