Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for producing raw materials using organic wastes where the organic wastes such as paper waste, garbage and the like can be processed efficiently and economically into resources.SOLUTION: A system 1 for producing raw materials using organic wastes comprises: a garbage dryer 3 to dry garbage P; and a mixing portion 4 to produce a raw material G whose moisture content is reduced so as to be lower, for example 5-35%, than dried garbage P1 obtained by mixing paper waste K having a moisture content lower than that of the dried garbage P1 being processed into resources by the garbage dryer 3 with the dried garbage P1. In the garbage dryer 3, the garbage P is dried by the waste heat of a gasifier 2 as a heat source.
