To assist taxis in acquiring passengers.SOLUTION: A car allocation service provision server 10 provides a car allocation service for allocating taxis to users, the car allocation service having a function for assisting in driving the taxis. The server 10 sets a recommended driving plan, which is recommended as a driving plan for a prescribed time from a present position of a specific taxi in an empty state, such that a probability of acquiring passengers within the prescribed time predicted on the basis of a past passenger acquisition record increases, and guides the specific taxi according to the set recommended driving plan, thereby capable of assisting the taxi in acquiring passengers regardless of an area in which the taxi is driven.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
